For All Ryobi Warranty Issue you have two Options

Please Note:

 All Chargers are tested before shipping to insure that they are in working order. A bad battery inserted into this charger may short the electrical circuits inside the charger, and void the manufacturers warranty. Please test any battery, old or new, that will be used with this charger.

Once a charger has been used you must file warranty w/local dealer/ customer service center to
have defective charger replaced.

Warranty service can take up to 2 to 6 weeks for processing.

Option # 1

Call Ryobi® Customer Service 1-800-525-2579 to find the nearest customer service center to your location which would be quicker and cost free. They can test on-site, batteries, chargers and power tools.

Option # 2

For all defective claims on Ryobi parts you must fill out this form. Ryobi request that you return all defective items and you are required to return the item at your expense to our return center.
