Delivery: We use a variety of shipping methods including: UPS, FED-EX, USPS, & Trucking for large oversized items, and certain blade grinders, engines etc. most small packages will ship via USPS

Mowtownusa.com will either request you to return the defective goods to our warehouse for inspection or will rely upon the information you have provided to determine whether the goods are defective as described above. If any parts are proven to be defective, then Mowtownusa.com, will replace the defective goods,or refund the purchase price (excluding sales tax and processing costs). Equipment Warranty :
All equipment warranty must be handled thru a Warranty provider of the equipment only. Once units are shipped from our warehouse they are not allowed to be returned and must be taken to warranty center

Any items returned without a RMA# will be refused. The RA# must be marked on the outside of the carton. Any items returned not in sell-able condition will not be accepted. No items may be returned after 30 days of invoice date. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
