Policies, Terms and Conditions:
Terms Of Sale: Credit cards, issued by U.S. banks only: Visa, MasterCard american express and discover, Paypal (
Debit cards connected with either Visa or MasterCard
Pricing: All prices on the web site are based on United States currency. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax: All Georgia residents will be charged a sales tax.
Backorders: We  try to have all items available for you when you purchase however, if an item is backordered or is no longer available we will notify you on your order status update that will be emailed to you if you have a valid email address that you entered upon ordering
Shipping: Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard service. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders received are usually processed within 24 hours of order, orders received Friday. Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day in that order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, but you will not be charged any extra shipping. Some Equipment items may take longer.
NOTE:The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, associated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA.
Delivery: We use a variety of shipping methods including: UPS, FED-EX, USPS, & Trucking for large oversized items, and certain blade grinders, engines etc. most small packages will ship via USPS
NOTE: Non delivery of package after scheduled delivery date should be reported immediately to with all the information including order # and tracking information and or if tracking information states order has been delivered and you have no package, you also need to contact us immediately at and you should also call the shipping company that delivered the item that day to verify delivery. It is the customers responsibility to watch the progress of the package delivery that is why we supply tracking numbers to our customers.
ORDER RETURNED BY DELIVERY CARRIER : Any order returned to warehouse due to incorrect address given by customer or usps cannot deliver due to no mail delivery at address will be returned to stock . Customer will be refunded less original shipping amount.

Shipments outside the United States: All orders being shipped outside the United States  (including Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada, APO's & FPO's)will have actual shipping and handling fees added to order. If you would like a quote of those charges please email us.

Cancellation Policy

YOU MUST email sales@mowtownusa.comimmediately of placing order, If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been Processed, you will get credit  issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been processed, the Product Return Policy Information listed below must be followed. If you refuse delivery it will be sent back to the shipper if you receive it you must return it back to us and once notified of return package your account will be credited for the returned Parts Only. Shipping is non refundable

Damages: Damages must be reported immediately. All external damages should be reported to the carrier and noted on the shipping document when signing the delivery receipt. The receiver, Not the Shipper, must make claims against freight lines and other shippers. All concealed damage should be reported to via Email to immediately. Any damage not reported within 5 days of invoice date cannot be adjusted or credited.

Order Errors/Shortages: Any shortages or shipping errors must be reported immediately. Any order/Shipment errors not reported within 5 days of invoice cannot be adjusted or credited


The manufacture's warrants to you that all parts supplied  will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase. (certain restrictions apply)This Warranty does not apply where there has been a failure of the goods due to alteration, repair subsequent to the purchase, misuse, improper installation, neglect or accident. Mowtownusa does not Warrnty any item only th emanufacture does.
If you believe you have purchased defective parts from as described above, Please notify us at, fully informing us of why you believe the parts are defective. will either request you to return the defective goods to our warehouse for inspection or will rely upon the information you have provided to determine whether the goods are defective as described above.  If any parts are proven to be defective, then,  will replace the defective goods,or  refund the purchase price (excluding sales tax and processing costs).  NOTE: You are responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with the inspection, or replacement of defective goods, and in no event shall you be entitled to pay exceeding the purchase price (excluding sales tax and processing costs) you originally paid for the parts. shall not be liable for ANY incidental or consequential damages that you allege you may have suffered as a result of the purchase and/or use of goods from  This exclusion of liability for incidental and consequential damages includes, but is not limited to, claims for lost profits, any costs or expenses for labor, transportation, or other expenses incurred by reason of the use or sale of any defective goods. 
Equipment Warranty :
All equipment warranty must be handled thru a Warranty provider of the equipment only. Once units are shipped from our warehouse they are not allowed to be returned and must be taken to warranty center
Returned Goods:
No refunds on used products, No returns on Electrical Components
 Any returns must be authorized and returned using a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
To get your RMA # go under your account and follow instructuions
All items must be in original packaging. Any items returned without a RMA# will be refused. The RA# must be marked on the outside of the carton. Any items returned not in sellable condition will not be accepted. No items may be returned after 30 days of invoice date. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please email us for Return Authorization Number. Cost of Shipping item(s) back is the responsibility of the customer unless it is our error in which we will credit you the difference or send a call tag to pick up item(s). Returns can take up to10 to 15 business days to process.
After 30 days. All sales are final.

Credit Cards  by

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products  by

However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns  by 
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy  by 
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
